Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current MA RN or LPN license required
- Prior geriatric or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate physician visits, admissions, and returns
- Maintain and implement care plans
- Monitor resident status, nutrition, and weight
- Supervise staff, daily care, and documentation
- Other duties assigned.
