- Manage frequency assignments and allocations in accordance with national and international regulations.
- Coordinate spectrum usage with military, civil, and emergency service stakeholders.
- Monitor spectrum usage to detect and resolve interference issues.
- Develop and implement spectrum plans to support operational, tactical, and strategic communications.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g., the Federal Communications Commission or national spectrum authorities) on licensing and policy matters.
- Support spectrum coordination for exercises, events, or emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate frequency databases and documentation.
- Analyze future spectrum needs and make recommendations for planning and policy development.
- Ensure compliance with international agreements (e.g., ITU regulations).
- Provide technical guidance and training on spectrum management tools and procedures.

Spectrum XXI Certification, or completion of Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager (25E) Course, or similar experience
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in spectrum management, radio communications, or frequency planning.
- Familiarity with national and international spectrum regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of radio frequency propagation, signal behavior, and radio equipment.
- Experience in using spectrum management tools and databases (e.g., SPECTRUM XXI, PR-200, Spectrum Guard Pro).
