What you’ll do
- Win new enterprise business across North America
- Sell high-value, consultative solutions (not just software)
- Engage executives in life sciences, finance, energy, and beyond
- Own the full cycle: prospecting → closing
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities (outbound-led)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across North America
- Lead discovery conversations and uncover strategic documentation challenges
- Deliver compelling executive-level presentations and demos
- Structure and negotiate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with consulting, training, and product teams to shape solutions
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through disciplined execution
Who you are
- A true hunter with strong outbound discipline
- Experienced in enterprise / consultative sales
- Track record in regulated industries
- Comfortable selling complex, multi-offer solutions
What Success Looks Like
- Month 3: Active pipeline and clear understanding of positioning
- Month 6: Consistent qualified opportunity creation
- Year 1: Closed enterprise deals and expansion pipeline established
