Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across SAP OTC and P2P workstreams.
- Support Cutover planning activities, data migration readiness, task-level execution, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of process flows, requirements, and deployment timelines.
- Coordinate efforts between SAP core teams and external warehouse management / 3PL vendors.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate impacts to leadership.
- Ensure project documentation, status reporting, and governance checkpoints are consistently maintained.
- Facilitate workshops, standups, and cross-functional alignment sessions with both business and technical stakeholders.
- 10 years of SAP project management experience (functional or delivery leadership).
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Proven success working in Manufacturing or CPG environments (required).
- Hands-on experience supporting projects in Cutover / Blueprint stages.
- Experience managing integrations with SAP warehouse management or 3PL vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across business and IT.
- Strong vendor management, risk mitigation, and communication skills.
- PMP or SAP Project Management-related certification.
- Experience with S/4HANA environments.
- Remote with team alignment in CST or EST time zones strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, ownership mentality, and ability to drive outcomes independently.
