Infor is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Associate IT Support Engineer to join our Onsite IT Support team at our Atlanta headquarters. In this role, you will maximize your unique strengths to deliver exceptional technology support and drive value for both local and remote employees. You will play a key part in enabling business results by ensuring reliable, innovative IT and AV solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with others to share knowledge and foster a culture of innovation and mutual benefit.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
* Deliver proactive, outcome-focused IT support for all Infor employees, leveraging your knowledge to resolve issues with Windows/macOS laptops, mobile devices, and core business applications (O365, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
* Take ownership of troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware, software, network, and peripherals, escalating only when necessary to ensure timely results.
* Identify and implement improvements in device lifecycle management, including imaging, provisioning, asset tracking, and onboarding/offboarding, to enhance team efficiency and user experience.
* Ensure seamless operation of AV and video conferencing systems for meetings and events, using your expertise to anticipate and address needs, especially for executive-level staff.
* Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to empower others and support continuous learning across the team.
* Adapt to changing business needs by regularly reassessing your responsibilities and seeking opportunities to increase your contribution.
* Work onsite four days per week and remotely one day per week to ensure optimal support and team collaboration.
Basic Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in IT support within a corporate environment.
* Prior experience working with Apple products.
* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1 years of IT support experience.
* Experience with JAMF is highly desirable.
