Infor is seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Enablement Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute enablement strategies to ensure our teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to drive success. A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs and design programs to address them.
- Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and resources to support employees and partners in achieving their goals.
- Leverage AI as a thought partner and strategic tool to maximize outputs and value contribution.
- Manage the enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing training, and performance support.
- Measure and analyze the impact of enablement initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between product teams and customer-facing roles to ensure alignment on messaging and solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Mentor/coach team members.
- Identify areas for process improvements.
- Experience in enablement, training, or a related field, preferably in a technology or software-focused (Saas) environment.
- Experience facilitating enablement and training workshops in person with senior audiences.
- Communication and presentation skills including delivering presentations and training to all levels of an organization.
- Experience developing and delivering enablement content, both in-person and virtually.
- Experience measuring the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Experience developing enablement content for enterprise software solutions.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience working on a global team supporting a global workforce.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology.
- Experience working with a variety of enablement and revenue platforms and software.
