- Manage daily logistics and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Use PBM software/system to:
- Track shipments and inventory
- Generate logistics reports
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Improve operational planning and workflow
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and business locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Control logistics costs and maintain budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead and supervise logistics staff and warehouse teams.
- Analyze logistics data and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Experience working with PBM systems or logistics management software.
- Knowledge of inventory control and transportation management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
