What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager, Senior - (MES-Manufacturing Execution Systems) position at Infor?
The Account Manager, Sr., will be responsible for selling the Infor manufacturing execution system (MES) solutions. The Account Manager, Sr. shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent sales pursuit plans into net new sales opportunities and into existing Infor customers.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
- Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
- Generate 5x pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota achievement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience selling manufacturing execution system (MES) solutions to enterprise accounts.
- Experience working with all levels of an organization.
- Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.
- Experience working in a quota-based role.
- Willingness to Travel 50%.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- Experience working with enterprise business processes.
- Experience in MEDPICC Sales Strategies.
