Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a significant portion managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Proven experience with both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of various IT domains, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and competing demands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, Microsoft SQL,SQL Server C , .Net, XML, ASP a plus.
