• Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Contract Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 years of satisfactory full-time experience in sourcing and contract management.
• Experience with supply chain management, RFP market strategies, contract writing, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of the procure-to-pay process and procurement-related policies, procedures, processes, and risks, with the ability to apply that understanding to daily work.
• Knowledge of ERP purchasing applications and other procurement-related software.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams with limited guidance.
• Ability to solicit differing opinions to understand complex issues while building and maintaining trust.
• Strong judgment with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
