Material Handler

Job Responsibilities:

• Process all incoming goods and returns daily into the Repair Center database and ERP systems.
• Identify, log, and track items that cannot be inducted due to discrepancies (e.g., missing paperwork, incorrect part or serial numbers, RO issues, or missing data in JDE).
• Communicate and coordinate with both internal teams and external customers regarding product returns, repairs, and receiving concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records for all received products.
• Manage RAI activities, including tracking AWBs and recording associated dates.
• Generate and distribute daily reports on key metrics (e.g., units in grief, units received, units cleared, top customers, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Customer Service order administration team to resolve “grief” units quickly and minimize delays.
• Monitor, control, and track units placed in grief status.
• Complete additional tasks or assignments as directed by the Logistics Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through daily housekeeping practices.
• File or scan all paperwork to process and close out repairs, following established company procedures.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, peers, supervisors, and managers.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following departmental procedures as well as federal and state regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency in computer applications; strong skills in Excel and Outlook required, with PowerPoint and Teams experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customer service representatives, receiving/shipping teams, and MRO leadership.
• Previous experience in materials handling, logistics, or customer service roles.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
