- Procure and manage office supplies;
- Coordinate itinerary bookings and manage expenses for business trips;
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks required to ensure smooth office operations.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- AProven years of relevant experience in office management or administrative work;
- Strong communicator with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn;
- Dedicated, responsible, and an excellent team player to work closely with other teams;
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with teams based in China;
- An interest in gaming is a plus.
