Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, anthropology, public health, social work, gerontology, healthcare administration, human services or a related field.

At least five years of UX research or human-centered-design experience.

At least three years of relevant experience in healthcare, long-term care, health and human services, social services, insurance or a related regulated service sector.

Demonstrated experience conducting:

Stakeholder interviews.

User interviews.
-
Research synthesis
-
Persona development.
-
Journey mapping.
-
Usability testing.
-
Experience conducting remote research and virtual workshops.

Experience developing user-research plans and protocols.

Experience translating complex research findings into actionable service and design recommendations.

Knowledge of privacy, informed consent and secure research-data handling.

Demonstrated understanding of the needs of older adults, people with disabilities, caregivers or public-benefit recipients.

Experience working under statutory, policy, privacy, accessibility or operational constraints.

Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation and presentation skills

Availability to work full-time during Phase 1 and active Phase 2 work orders.
