· We are looking for Business Analysts with a Technical Degree that have experience dealing with a lot of Data.
· The hiring manager wants candidates that have been with a company more than 3 years and have experience working with complex systems (talks to 5 systems at least)
· Mentioned that people who have worked at AT&T have worked well in their group due to order management experience
Project Details:
- This resource will be working on an order management system on the Merchant Services Onboarding team
Must Haves / Required Skills:
· 5 years of experience in standing up a website with at least 20 pages with capability for user enrollment, eligibility check and login or other functionality that require multiple complex API integrations
· 3 years of experience with API calls
· Adobe Experience Manager
· 2 years of experience with Agile and story writing
· 5 years of experience in IT/Software Development
· 2 years of experience in Data Mapping for API
· 5 years of experience working with complex systems
Skills / Experience That Are A Plus
“nice to have”, but not necessarily required:
· Jira
· Banking/Financial Services experience
· Previous Bank of America experience
· Experience working with Order Management systems
Interview Process / Who Is Involved?
· First round is a 1 hour video with HM and then she'll give a requirement and candidate will have to send her a story
· Second round is a 30-minute interview with leads.
