Job Description:
• Client is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Senior Business Systems Analyst augmentation services.
• The selected contractor will serve as a resource supporting Procurement in Workday and other procurement-related applications with a focus on analysis, processes, data integrity.
• The contractor will operate with a high degree of independence and will collaborate with the Procurement team, IT, vendors, and countywide department end users to ensure systems work effectively through analysis and trouble shooting.

General Minimum Qualifications or Experience
• Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of job-related experience
• In lieu of the required education, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis

• Experience supporting enterprise systems and complex business processes

• Systems and application software experience including using database tools, word processing and spreadsheets
• Experience with procurement and financial ERP software including systems analysis procedures, design and implementation
• Experience with process mapping and technology projects
• Experience with Project Management; training or certification
• Experience with M365 tools (including SharePoint, MS Lists, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Visio, Teams, etc.), SQL Service Management Studio, PowerShell, Smartsheet, etc
