Daily Duties/Tasks:
- Monitor field work on lead abatement apartments
- Perform lead abatement final inspection
- Work with development staff on work completed
- Use handheld computer device
Description of Work & Skills Desired
The Abatement department is seeking Construction Project manager Level 1 to monitor Vendor field work on lead abatement apartments and act as vendor supervisor.
Will also perform lead abatement final inspection by taking dust wipes and prepare field reports. Work with development Coordinator and development staff. Use handheld computer device to support task when
