Job Title – Inspector II

Location – Aiken, SC 29805

Pay Rate - $27.08 per hour on W2

Duration – 3 months contract position, with the possibility of extension (Temporary to Hire)

Shift Hours – Fri - Sun (3/12 shift) (12 hrs/day)

Job Responsibilities:

• Seeking a Quality Auditor (Dimensional Inspector) for its Weekend Shift. In this role as a QA, you will work with a coordinate measurement machine (CMM) to inspect machined and/or welded parts to blueprint requirements for shipment to customer base. You'll also provide auditing support to shop floor operations. Note: Position supports Weekend Shift

Skills:

• Must have experience with and/or knowledge of basic inspection tools including scales, calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.
• Able to read, comprehend, and work to blueprints. Able to support Weekend Shift.
• Coordinate measurement machine (CMM) experience.
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge and experience.
• Weld inspection knowledge/experience.
• Faro Arm/Laser Tracker or Keyence experience.
• Typically requires high school diploma or the equivalent, and one year of related working experience.
