Key Responsibilities
Serve as Senior Product Manager leading cross-functional teams across policy, operations, and technology. Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with Medicaid program goals.
Ensure compliance with:
- Federal Medicaid regulations (CMS)
- Accessibility (Section 508, WCAG)
- Security & privacy standards
- Promote Agile and iterative delivery practices
- Mentor teams and build product management capability within the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years of experience as a Product Manager
- 3 years in regulated environments (Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.)
- 2 years leading cross-functional product delivery
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital products/features
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Medicaid / CHIP / SNAP / TANF programs
- Background in government or public-sector product management
- Familiarity with:
- CMS regulations
- Public-sector compliance & procurement
Experience with:
- Agile / Service Design / Digital Transformation
- OKRs, KPIs, A/B testing, analytics
- AI-assisted workflows (preferred)
- Experience mentoring teams in modern product practices
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)
Certifications such as:
- CSPO
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
- Pragmatic certifications
