Job Overview
We are hiring a dedicated LVN/LPN for an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role is ideal for nurses who are team-oriented, patient-focused, and experienced in hospital or rehab environments.
Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Shift: Nights – 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Schedule: Fridays every other weekend required
Requirements
- Active LVN/LPN license (required at submission)
- Minimum 1 year inpatient rehab or hospital experience (within last 2 years)
- CPR certification required
- ACLS preferred
- Must provide 1 professional reference

- Inpatient rehab setting (not LTAC or nursing home)
- Charting system: Cerner
