LPN – Full Time Opportunity | Penn Yan, NY
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time opportunity in a professional healthcare setting serving adult and geriatric patients.
Location:
Penn Yan, NY
Compensation:
- Weekly Gross: $1720
- Pay Breakdown: $18/hr (W2) $1000 weekly per diem
Schedule Options:
- Full Time – 40 hours/week
- Full Time Days
- Full Time Evenings
- Full Time Nights
- Full Time Rotational (D/E/N/W)
- Holidays may be required
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision
- Collect and communicate patient/resident data to the interdisciplinary team
- Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and recommend care plan adjustments
- Collaborate with healthcare team, residents, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
- Participate in staff training, orientation, and continuous education
- Ensure a safe and patient-centered care environment
Requirements:
- Active NY LPN License
- BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
Additional Expectations:
- Ability to care for adult and geriatric patients
- Strong understanding of patient assessment and care planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Comfortable with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
