Locations: Rochester, NY
Duration: 8 Weeks with extension
Shifts: Evening (5x8 Hours) 15:00 23:30 / Night (5x8 Hours) 23:00 7:30
Pay: $1520/week
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in Skilled Nursing and Rehab units
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output
- Administer medications (oral, IM, SQ, eye drops, ear drops)
- Perform blood glucose monitoring and documentation
- Assist with admissions and discharges
- Provide wound care and dressing changes
- Assist with ambulation and activities of daily living
Requirements
- Active New York LPN License (Required)
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Epic charting experience required
- Must be willing to float between units
- Must live 75 miles from facility
