Job Description:
- Helpdesk offering in-person, on-phone, and virtual/remote support for hardware and software issues.
- 5 years of enterprise IT experience supporting at least 200 users.
- Enterprise remote mobile device management.
- Enterprise user equipment provisioning, installing, and maintenance – smartphones, desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP, and POTS phones.
- Enterprise asset inventory management, including procurement, assignment, retirement, and disposal.
- Printer management – local and network printer setup, install, troubleshooting.
- Authoring and upkeep of documents for User Guides and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
- Audio/video conferencing equipment, support and maintenance. - End-user training, including the creation of pre-recorded training videos.
- Maintenance of locomotive passenger WIFI, passenger information, and automatic passenger count systems.
- Valid Class C Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record of no more than three moving violations and no DUIs within the last three years.
