What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Technician position at Infojini Inc?
Job Description-
• Unpacking and prepping systems for installation
• Installing, re-imaging, configuring, and deploying systems
• Relocating systems to alternative sites, cleaning and setting them up in new locations
• Removing and recycling old systems
• Asset management and associated inventory and security tasks will be required
• Troubleshooting and assessing systems operational ability
• Documentation of tasks and ability to follow procedures and workflow
• Communicate with fellow technicians, users and service manager in an open, consistent and transparent manner
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Required Skills:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to perform work requiring climbing, walking, sitting, squatting and/or physical
exertion.
• Ability to lift heavy loads of 40 lbs. or more.
• Strong technical, analytical and computer skills
• Ability to work independently, be trusted, and possess the highest level of integrity.
• Have a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to interact positively with supervisors and co-workers.
