The Human Resource Analyst – Employee Relations will serve as a key advisor on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, policy interpretation, and advisory support to leadership. The role involves handling sensitive HR issues, ensuring compliance, and maintaining fair and legally sound workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex and sensitive employee relations investigations
- Advise leadership on discipline, grievances, counseling, and workplace issues
- Interpret, draft, and update HR policies in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Provide coaching and recommendations aligned with organizational policies
- Research facts, legal precedents, and assist in case strategy development
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations for HR cases
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational data
- Communicate investigation updates and escalate risks when needed
- Prepare reports, analysis summaries, letters, policies, and HR documentation
- Build strong working relationships across departments and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Experience in Human Resources management and employee relations
- Experience conducting investigations and handling grievances
- Strong written communication skills (reports, memos, policy documentation)
- Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze data, policies, and complex HR issues
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
