This position is hybrid. Our team is in our Downtown San Diego office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, vet, and establish relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with client goals.
- Maintain a current database of influencer partners, including performance metrics, contract terms, and brand alignment notes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, ensuring smooth communication, contract fulfillment, and ongoing engagement.
- Support the strategy and execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish, including outreach, negotiation, contracts, content guidelines, and approvals.
- Coordinate content calendars, deadlines, and deliverables between influencers and internal teams.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand standards, legal requirements (e.g., FTC disclosures), and client objectives.
- Track influencer campaign performance and engagement using analytics tools and platform insights.
- Prepare reports summarizing ROI, impressions, reach, and engagement for client deliverables.
- Recommend optimizations for future campaigns based on data and insights.
- Partner with account teams to align influencer strategies with broader PR, marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative team on influencer toolkits, branded content, and digital assets.
- Support crisis management or sensitive influencer situations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer relations
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms, social media trends, and digital storytelling.
- Experience managing influencer contracts, budgets, and deliverables.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure ROI.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can manage multiple projects at once.
Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000
