Job Title – Administrative Associate
Location – Orange, CA 92868
Duration – 18 months contract position, with the possibility of extension
Shift Time – Mon – Fri 8AM – 5PM
***Onsite Position - This position will primarily be in Orange County at the CHOC location, but candidates will need to travel to San Diego on occasion***
Job Details:
- This is a very large EPIC integration project.
- Candidate needs to be flexible with strong coordination and attention to detail.
- They will help with the project with meeting scheduling, training room coordination, and assistance with logistics follow-up.
- Coordinates and performs department/unit administrative activities including, but not limited to, storing, retrieving, and integrating information for dissemination to staff, customers, clients, vendors, patients, and families.
- Coordinates functions required to ensure smooth operations, plans and executes projects within scope of responsibility, and works with external, inter and intra departmental teams to support department/unit.
- Provides training and orientation for new staff and troubleshoots office technologies.
Requirements:
- 2 Years of Experience (Minimum)
- 3 Years of Experience (Preferred)
Education:
- Associate's Degree (Preferred)
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent (Minimum)
