Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Phlebotomist to join our team in Plymouth, MA. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent patient-care skills, and experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary blood draws with accuracy and precision
- Prepare patients for blood collection, ensuring comfort and safety
- Properly label and handle all specimens following established protocols
- Maintain sterility and organization of phlebotomy equipment and workspace
- Transport specimens to the laboratory efficiently and safely
- Support high standards of patient care and uphold facility policies
Required Qualifications
- EPIC experience (required)
- Phlebotomy certification (required)
- Strong communication and patient-interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
