Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Compensation:
- Travel: Up to $3,300/week gross
- Local: $75/hour W-2
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in Rockville, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have strong CT experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT examinations according to established protocols and safety standards.
- Operate CT imaging equipment safely and effectively.
- Review patient histories and prepare patients for procedures.
- Ensure accurate image acquisition and quality.
- Follow radiation safety and infection-control procedures.
- Assist with workflow coordination and provide leadership within the CT department.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and required documentation.
- Follow all departmental and facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 10 years of CT Technologist experience preferred
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Active Maryland Radiologic Technologist License required
- Previous travel healthcare experience required
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
