Seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for apartment, condo, and other multifamily construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily construction activities and jobsite operations
- Supervise subcontractors and field crews
- Maintain project schedules and timelines
- Review blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate inspections, materials, and deliveries
- Ensure quality and OSHA safety standards
- Resolve jobsite issues and coordinate with Project Managers
- Manage punch lists and project closeout
Requirements:
- 5 years of multifamily construction experience
- Experience with ground-up apartment or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver’s license
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
