- Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, secure software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Azure cloud technologies.
- Design system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks; prepare technical documentation including design diagrams, deployment models, and dependency mappings.
- Develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications and microservices; implement CI/CD automation and unit testing.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, refine requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage full software development lifecycle (SDLC) - including coding, peer reviews, UAT coordination, deployment, and post-release support.
- Optimize system performance, data integrity, and security; troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers, promote coding standards, and support Agile execution through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

- This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management or Computer/Management Information Systems plus five (5) years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Systems/Application Analyst, Technical Lead or related position. Foreign education equivalent accepted.
