Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Architect to design and lead end-to-end commerce solutions for Google – GFiber. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Core) combined with a strong background in Telecom B2B business models. You will serve as the technical authority, aligning enterprise architectures with business strategies to deliver scalable, high-performing commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Strategy: Architect, design, and lead the technical execution of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC - Core) implementations tailored to Telecom B2B needs.
- Telecom B2B Domain Integration: Define and optimize complex B2B commerce processes including multi-tier account management, subscription/recurring billing models, order workflows, product catalog structures, and quote-to-cash integration.
- System Design & Integration: Oversee integration strategies between SFCC, Salesforce Core (CRM, Service Cloud, CPQ), ERPs, and third-party middleware/BSS/OSS platforms.
- Technical Governance: Establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural guardrails to ensure system scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with enterprise architects, product managers, developers, and business leaders to convert complex Telecom requirements into robust solution designs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Salesforce Architecture Experience: Extensive hands-on experience as a Technical/Solution Architect leading Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations (specifically on Salesforce Core/B2B Commerce).
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience operating within the Telecom / Telecommunications B2B sector.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Commerce Cloud Architect, B2B Solution Architect, or System Architect certifications are strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, headless commerce architectures, order management, and enterprise integration patterns.
