Job Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals in Optical Technology to join a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and validation of advanced optical systems and components used in next-generation semiconductor and communication technologies.

This role involves working on cutting-edge innovations in optics, imaging, and high-speed data transmission, supporting product development from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop optical systems and components for advanced technology platforms
• Perform optical simulations, modeling, and analysis
• Work on optical signal processing, photonics, and imaging systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and system engineers
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance optimization of optical modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve optical and system-level issues
• Support product development lifecycle from design to deployment
• Document designs, test results, and technical specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Optical Engineering
• Photonics
• Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of:
• Optical system design & analysis
• Photonics and fiber optics
• Laser systems and imaging technologies
• Experience with:
• Optical simulation tools (e.g., Zemax, Code V, Lumerical)
• High-speed optical communication systems
• Understanding of:
• Signal integrity and optical performance metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor or wireless communication industry
• Knowledge of:
• AR/VR optics, camera modules, or display technologies
• Exposure to high-speed data transmission and optical interconnects
• Familiarity with hardware-software integration
