Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support email and SMS campaign development for a government healthcare program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud tools and data-driven campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Work with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
- Develop SQL queries and manage data extensions
- Use AMPscript for dynamic and personalized content
- Support SMS setup including opt-in/opt-out and compliance
- Troubleshoot campaign and automation issues
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
Required Skills:
- 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Strong AMPscript and SQL skills
- Experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Hands-on experience with SMS (MobileConnect preferred)
Preferred:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification
- Experience in healthcare or government projects
