Description of Duties:
- Work will primarily be performed using SAP SRM, an enterprise vendor management portal, and internal SharePoint repositories and documentation as needed. This role will collaborate closely with IT procurement team members, contracts and purchasing teams, and external vendors and partners.
- Coordinate contingent workforce and contract resource requisitions by working with internal stakeholders to finalize requirements
- Submit and track requisitions with approved external vendors
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and shopping carts in SAP SRM
- Process updates and modifications to purchase orders in SAP SRM
- Support IT team members with purchase requisitions, goods receipts, and related transactions
- Review monthly vendor invoices for accuracy and process corresponding change orders and goods receipts
- Monitor and maintain procurement and financial dashboards to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate effectively with technology teams, business stakeholders, project sponsors, vendors, and internal clients
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- Follow organizational guidelines, internal controls, and operational best practices.
- Use enterprise software tools and systems to perform job responsibilities efficiently.
Minimum Experience
- Experience in SAP SRM functions - Display, Shop, Receiving
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
