Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly experienced SWITCH SME with deep expertise in telecom inventory systems.
- The ideal candidate will possess detailed knowledge of SWITCH data structures, processes, and attribute-level mappings, and will play a key role in data analysis, transformation, and migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end expertise in SWITCH system data, including attribute-level understanding
- Analyze and document data models, relationships, and dependencies within SWITCH
- Support data extraction, transformation, and migration activities
- Work closely with business and technical teams to define data requirements and mappings
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system modernization or migration projects
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with SWITCH telecom inventory systems
- Deep understanding of data attributes, schemas, and workflows
- Experience in data migration and data mapping
- Skilled in SQL queries, data analysis tools
- Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with legacy telecom systems and transformations
- Prior experience in large-scale telecom migration programs
