Position Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Sr ServiceNow SPM Architect / Lead Developer with extensive expertise in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite and strong end-to-end ServiceNow platform knowledge. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise portfolio, demand, project, program, resource, investment, and agile management solutions while driving AI-powered innovations across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- The candidate should possess a strong architectural mindset, deep platform configuration and development skills, and hands-on experience implementing scalable enterprise solutions using ServiceNow AI capabilities, intelligent automation, and modern platform best practices.

- Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HR, Finance, DevOps, and Agile tools.
