You will be helping directly with the logistics and behind-the-scenes processes that support campaign execution, ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently for our clients. Interns will assist the team in managing campaign workflows, coordinating with creators, and keeping operational documentation and reporting organized
- Additionally, this role includes maintaining operational systems and internal documentation, such as: Updating tracking sheets and campaign spreadsheets
- Keeping live dashboards updated
- Maintaining handbooks and internal documentation organized
- Organizing campaign files and operational folders
- Supporting the tracking and reporting processes for active campaigns
- Many of these processes are systematic and recurring operational tasks, designed to keep campaign execution structured, traceable, and efficient across teams
