What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the CEO position at InfluencerMGMT?
About Us
Influencer MGMT is a faith-forward talent management agency representing a roster of creators with a combined reach of over 50 million. We manage brand partnerships, contract negotiations, event production, and talent development for some of the most engaged creators in the faith and lifestyle space. Our work moves fast, and our culture is rooted in purpose, excellence, and genuine care for the people we serve.
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, warm, and highly organized Executive Assistant who can also step into a Personal Assistant capacity for our Founder and CEO. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with regular in-person days in the Hollywood Hills and on-site support at events around the city. You will be the CEO’s right hand, keeping her calendar, inbox, and priorities running smoothly while also handling personal logistics that keep life outside the office on track.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment, anticipates needs before they are spoken, and takes real pride in the details. We are hiring for hunger and trajectory: if you prove yourself, your responsibilities and your compensation will grow quickly with the company.
What You’ll Do

• Prepare briefs, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings with brands, talent, and partners
• Keep contracts, decks, and internal documents organized and easy to find
• Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics
Event and Talent Support
• Assist with event production (premieres, activations, dinners), including run-of-show support, vendor coordination, and day-of logistics
• Help coordinate talent schedules, deliverables, and communications
• Support gifting, RSVPs, and guest lists for events and campaigns
• Capture and lightly edit behind-the-scenes video and content at events as needed
Personal Assistance
• Run occasional errands (pickups, returns, gifting, shipping)
• Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and household logistics
• Handle ad hoc projects with discretion and care
Who You Are
• 2 years of experience as an EA, PA, or coordinator (entertainment, talent management, or agency experience is a plus)
• Based in Los Angeles with a reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• A strong writer and clear communicator
• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
• Comfortable in a faith-forward company culture
• Flexible and calm under pressure, especially during event weeks
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs)
• Light experience filming and editing video (phone content, CapCut, or similar) is a strong plus
What We Offer
• Starting salary of $55,000 to $60,000, depending on experience, with a defined path to $70,000 within your first year based on performance
• A formal review at 6 months tied to compensation growth
• Hybrid schedule with flexibility
• A front-row seat to the creator economy, brand partnerships, and large-scale event production
