What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructor Curriculum Developer (Top Secret/SCI Clearance) position at Inflow-ns?

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors, and with our team of other awesome Inflowees. You will be supporting the 688 CW’s and 16 AF’s Cyber Security mission.
What will I be doing? Using your expertise, you will be providing specialized training support and curriculum/course development at JBSA Lackland, TX, focused on the AF's Automated Compliance Assessment System (ACAS) and Cyber Awareness Dashboard (CAD), an application within the Enterprise Logging Ingest and Cyber Situational Awareness Refinery (ELICSAR), the AF’s Big Data Platform.
In addition, you will:
- Review existing training material and courses to capture operational training requirements and to gain a full understanding of how ACAS and CAD are currently used
- Conduct analysis and provide insight on how ELICSAR could be used to better to support mission needs related to ACAS and CAD.
- Develop training material and courses for AF approval after validation of post analysis recommendations.
- Schedule and instruct approved courses either in person or virtually to authorized personnel in support of the 688 CW’s and 16 AF’s Cyber Security mission. Approved courses for training shall include, but are not limited to, incorporating AFIN data (as defined by the government) into ACAS, CAD and ELICSAR. Additionally, the training shall include, but is not limited to, leveraging the AFIN data within ACAS, CAD, and ELICSAR for vulnerability identification and remediation.

What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a certified instructor and technical curriculum developer
- BA/BS degree or “In Lieu of” experience (“In Lieu of” experience means 6 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.)
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required
The following experience is preferred:
- Ten (10) years of experience as a certified instructor and technical curriculum developer
- Experience or background with data analytics and data science
- Experience working with ELICSAR and/or other Big Data Platforms
- Recent experience in cyberspace security/network operations
- MA/MS degree
- IAT Level II certification per DoDD 8140
- National/Service cyber weapon system/platform certification within last five (5) years
