Infinity Title Agency is hiring a Processor/Escrow Assistant to support our closing team in Independence, Ohio. What you'll do
- Order and review title searches, payoffs, HOA information, surveys, and other closing documentation.
- Assist escrow officers in preparing files for closing, including settlement statement (CD/ALTA) support.
- Clear title requirements and follow up on outstanding conditions with lenders, agents, and clients.
- Keep transactions organized and on track so closings happen smoothly and on time.
What we're looking for
- Experience in title insurance and/or processing is required.
- Experience with Qualia is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, professional communication and a collaborative, service-first attitude.
- Initiative, accountability, and pride in doing accurate work.
