Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven success managing OEM partnerships and/or large enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of industrial services, power distribution, or related technical industries preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing both sales and operations teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate vision into execution
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance
- Customer-centric approach with an emphasis on long-term relationship building
- Solid financial acumen, including forecasting and revenue planning
- Effective in operational planning, alignment, and cross-functional coordination
- Results-driven with a high level of ownership and accountability
