We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction/Retail Fixture Laborers to support an overnight retail remodel project at Target stores from July 12 through July 22. This project will move between Gilroy, Hollister, and Los Banos (in that order). Team members will assist with fixture installation, store resets, and general construction tasks while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble and install retail gondolas, shelving, and store fixtures.
• Move and reposition store fixtures, displays, and equipment according to project plans.
• Safely use hand and power tools to complete installation and remodeling tasks.
• Read and interpret floor plans, layouts, and installation drawings.
• Perform light electrical work as directed.
• Complete minor painting and floor patching as needed.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while working in an active retail environment.
• Follow all project safety procedures and company policies.
• Work efficiently to meet overnight project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, retail fixture installation, remodeling, or store resets preferred.
• Ability to assemble gondolas and retail fixtures.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to read and follow project plans and layouts.
• Knowledge of basic electrical work, painting, and floor patching is a plus.
• Must provide and bring your own basic hand tools necessary for fixture installation and general construction work.
• Reliable transportation to project locations is preferred.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts.
• Must be able to meet all Target site-access requirements, including any required screenings or certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach for extended periods.
• Perform physically demanding work throughout overnight shifts.
