What You’ll Do:

For Solar Installers:

• Install high-performance solar systems with precision and care.
• Assist the Lead Installer and team members with daily tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform system inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards.

For Lead Installers:

• Lead and mentor a team of solar installers, ensuring efficient, high-quality installations.
• Oversee and execute solar system installations, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Provide training and guidance to less-experienced team members.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines and best practices are followed at all times.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and represent Infinity Solar USA with professionalism and expertise.

What You’ll Need:

For Solar Installers:

• Proven experience in solar installation.
• Comfort working at heights/on the rooftop.
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools for solar panel installation.
• Strong electrical knowledge with high and low voltage systems.
• A proactive and safety-conscious attitude, and a commitment to high-quality work.

For Lead Installers:

• Proven leadership experience in solar installation.
• Ability to manage projects, timelines, and team dynamics while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.
• A strong work ethic and a passion for renewable energy.
