Infinity Plumbing Designs, Inc. is looking for an addition to our design team!
We are an established plumbing company who is looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and organized individual to become a part of our design team. The individual we are seeking must be able to make tight deadlines, be comfortable anticipating solutions in challenging situations, and have excellent communication skills. We need someone who is proactive, dependable, detail oriented, and must have previous experience in plumbing or plumbing engineering.
Job Duties
- Design plumbing systems per plumbing code using provided building plans and scope of work.
- Create 2D and 3D Isometric drawings of plumbing systems including: underground, topsoil, gas, and water.
- Print and package drawings for Field use.
- Walk the job to make design revisions and revise drawings as needed
- Communicate with field personnel about upcoming phases, changes in schedule, and redline revisions.
- Create bill of materials for every design
- Create job folder in company network
- Maintain records and stay up to date with job spec. revisions.
- Jobsite meetings with foreman to revise plumbing designs.
- Operate computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms, and records.
- Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements
- Collect data about project sites.
Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience of CAD and BOM drawings
- 5-7 years’ experience working with plumbing systems
- Knowledge of plumbing industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends

Pay: $62,400.00 - $80,000.00 per year
