Seeking Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a highly driven, welcoming and compassionate individual, who is passionate about utilizing a functional and novel approach to providing care to children with neuromotor developmental delays (i.e., ADHD, ASD, etc). This individual will be responsible for the following:
- greeting and welcoming new patients
- contacting new patients/families who are interested in receiving services at Infinity
- utilizing an electronic medical record system to check patients in and out, schedule appointments, collect payments
- take patient payments
- answer the phone and respond to emails in a timely manner and answer any questions families may have about our services
Infinity MN (Infinity Neuromotor Development Center) is located in Edina, MN. Our branch is an expansion of Infinity Iowa, which seeks to expand a successful, fast-growing, family-owned practice serving children with neurodevelopmental delays while utilizing functional neurology principles to provide comprehensive care to patients with neurological and musculoskeletal deficits.

- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in working in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in communicating with potential patients about the services provided at Infinity
- Ability to work collaboratively with different providers and therapists
