Your Role in Enhancing Patient Experiences:
Patient Interaction:
Greet patients with warmth and enthusiasm, check them in, and address any questions to help them feel comfortable.
Scheduling:
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and adjustments to keep our days running smoothly and minimize patient wait times.
Insurance Coordination:
Assist patients in understanding and navigating their insurance benefits for a seamless experience.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate patient records, answer calls and emails, and support daily operations to ensure an efficient office flow.
Billing Assistance:
Provide clear answers to billing inquiries, process payments, and keep financial records organized.
Communication:
Foster strong, effective communication with patients, dental staff, and referring partners to support a coordinated approach to care.
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience:
Prior experience as a receptionist in a dental is a plus, but we welcome anyone with a passion for patient care.
Skills:
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a naturally warm, friendly demeanor.
