Hybrid Position – 3 Days in office, 2 days remote
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
Social Media Expertise: Demonstrate fluency in all aspects of social media, including familiarity with platforms (IG, TT, YTS, etc.), best practices, posting guidelines, and trend spotting.
Talent Curation: Identify and curate talent based on specific niches or genres, utilizing effective search and tracking methods.
Talent Management: Work with talent agencies or directly with talent to negotiate contracts aligned with project needs. Manage talent deliverables and client approval processes. Coordinate travel needs for talent involved in the project.
Performance Measurement: Understand and utilize measurement and engagement metrics to evaluate social media campaign effectiveness.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to amplify event reach and engagement.
Content Creation: Create compelling social media content (e.g., posts, stories) to promote events.
Content Ideation: Create compelling social media concepts supporting larger in-market campaigns.
Influencer Partnerships: Partner with content creators and influencers to generate buzz around campaigns.
Project Management:
Ensure agendas and decks are prepared for all client calls in advance.
Lead internal and client kickoff meetings to identify project resources.
Develop project management tools (e.g., Monday.com boards) and workflows.
Oversee all aspects of project execution, including budget management, talent acquisition, logistics, and on-site execution.
Drive team deadlines and ensure all deliverables are met.
Support post-event close out activities including final invoicing and client reporting.
Administrative support: Organize and sort data in excel or google sheets.
Take meeting notes and send recap emails.
Set meeting agendas and organize calendars.
Interface effectively with internal departments (accounting, legal, etc.).
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients' business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals.
Develop and present strategic proposals for experiential marketing campaigns that incorporate social media components.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to execution.
Strong understanding of event logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suites.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) preferred.
Must be flexible and comfortable working evenings and weekends when necessary.
Ability to travel up to 30% depending on the season and as business requires.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
