What This Role Is
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will build and manage your own book of business from the ground up.
You will be responsible for:
• Prospecting and generating new business
• Closing deals and developing accounts
• Managing customer relationships
• Overseeing shipments from pickup to delivery
This is not a slow-moving corporate sales role. It’s a high-ownership opportunity with real upside for people who are competitive, motivated, and ready to work.
What You’ll Do
• Cold call and prospect new customers
• Build and grow your own customer portfolio
• Quote, negotiate, and close freight opportunities
• Coordinate and oversee shipments
• Develop long-term customer relationships
As your book grows, your focus shifts from outbound prospecting toward account growth and retention.
Compensation
Year 1 OTE: $50,000 – $60,000
Year 2 OTE: $60,000 – $125,000
Your growth is performance-based. The more you build, the more you earn.
