Infinity Home Healthcare is growing rapidly and is a looking for a passionate candidate who will take on the responsibilities associated with managing an office.
Tasks include:
- Handling payroll and invoices
- Billing (Private and Medicaid)
- Annual Performance Reviewing (staff, caregivers, etc)
- fax, print, copy, and scan documents
- Inquiry calls
- Reviewing candidate applications and managing the hiring process
- Maintaining an organized workspace
- Maintaining private and confidential information
- Creating weekly work schedules for staff
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Office
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication
Experience/Assets:
- High School Diploma (required)
- 3 year experience working in a Home Healthcare office setting (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (30 min - 1 hour lunch)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (30 mins - 1 hour lunch)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Alexandria, VA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3-year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (Required)
- VA Home Health Care Experience: 2 years (Required)
