As the Director of Nursing DON, you will provide clinical leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department. You'll ensure exceptional resident care while fostering a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring the nursing team
- Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Driving quality clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction
- Managing staffing, clinical operations, and nursing services
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care
- Promoting a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability
Required Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for caring for seniors and developing high-performing teams
